The area should be free from direct sunlight and excessive noise to optimize lighting and sound quality. Additionally, a table nearby for props and guest sign-in is appreciated but not mandatory. If your event is outdoors, a covered or shaded area is required to protect the equipment. Our team handles all the technical setup and breakdown, so you can focus on enjoying the moment while we capture the memories!
